Readiness Check

The Start Here Readiness Check is email-free. Answers stay in your browser under the localStorage key project0430-readiness. Project 0430 does not receive those answers unless you later choose a separate form that asks for email.

Condition Score assessment data

Answers are scored in your browser. After you provide an email and consent, the same session stores your answers, score, band, and dimension totals so the results page can render. That session copy is not a medical record.

When a form endpoint is configured (Formspree or another ESP), we transmit email, optional first name, consent, quiz_version, total score, band, and dimension scores so we can send a confirmation. We do not use this assessment as a diagnosis. Do not submit information you do not want emailed to Project 0430.

If no form endpoint is configured, the site still shows your results in-session and does not persist answers on a Project 0430 server.

Condition Report and notify lists

Email signup forms collect email, optional first name, a consent checkbox, and a source label (homepage, Rebuild Log, Foundation 50 Best, or score results). Consent microcopy is shown next to the checkbox. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Payments

Checkout, when live, is handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages. Project 0430 does not store card numbers on this website.

External services

Project 0430 Online, the shop, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and other external destinations have their own privacy practices. Review those services before submitting information. This site does not link to Facebook.

Analytics

Named events may be recorded in the browser (dataLayer stubs) to understand whether the Condition Score and offer are used. Do not enable a third-party analytics vendor without updating this notice.
